폐페트병과 폐어망 등을 재활용해 가방과 패션 소품을 제작하는 친환경 브랜드 '플리츠마마'의 웹사이트 리뉴얼 및 유지 관리 프로젝트를 진행했습니다.
브랜드가 가진 진정성을 과하지 않고 의식있게 표현하기 위해 Black & White 톤과 Warm Grey를 배경으로 활용하여 심플하면서도 깊이 있는 무드 아이덴티티를 정립했습니다.
특히 400개가 넘는 방대한 제품 라인업을 고객들이 직관적이고 쉽게 둘러볼 수 있도록 UI를 전면 리뉴얼하여 사용성을 대폭 개선했습니다. 구축 이후에는 시즌별 신제품 컬렉션 론칭과 다채로운 프로모션 디자인 및 등록 관리를 주기적으로 전담하며 브랜드의 디지털 경험을 안정적으로 유지·발전시켰습니다.

I led the website renewal and ongoing maintenance project for PLEATS MAMA, an eco-friendly lifestyle brand that crafts bags and fashion accessories from recycled resources such as waste PET bottles and discarded fishing nets.
To authentically and mindfully convey the brand’s core values without overstatement, I established a subtle yet deep mood identity using a Black & White color palette paired with Warm Grey backgrounds.
A key focus was completely revamping the UI to drastically improve usability, allowing customers to intuitively and effortlessly navigate a massive lineup of over 400 products. Following the launch, I routinely managed the design and registration of seasonal new collections and diverse promotions, ensuring the brand’s digital experience remained stable and continuously evolving.
